Ingredients
- 4 C Filling
- 8 oz Manchego Cheese shredded (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F and parchment line baking sheet.
- Stuff each pepper with ½ C filling.
- Top with cheese and bake in oven for 30 minutes.
OPTIONS
- Roasted Tomato Sauce Cilantro Crema (purchased or we made our Non-Dairy version from Cashew Yoghurt and Lime Juice) Warm Sauce in saucepan. Spoon onto plate and serve Chile on top. Finish with Cilantro.
