Cashew Butter

Meal: 78 cal Protein: g Carbs: 4 g Fat: 6 g

When you purchase commercial nut butters, especially peanut butter but this applies to all of them, there is tons of added sugar. But the thing is, with quality, fresh nuts that you roast, there's no need for sugar. We've added black strap molasses to add a touch of sweetness, but really, it adds a richness that regular sweeteners can't touch. The vanilla extract and sea salt round out the flavor beautifully.
