Carolina BBQ Sauce

Meal: 26 cal Protein: 3g Carbs: 0g Fat: 1g

Commercial BBQ sauce is filled with sugar and calories. We’ve eliminated hundreds of calories by removing all the sugar. We’ve kept the sweetness in a much better way with mango and molasses. And we’ve built up the flavor with tangy mustard and spices. Black Strap Molasses (the darkest of all the varieties of molasses) gives the BBQ sauce its richness. Once the BBQ Sauce is made, we have three easy meals that can be made with this magnificent sauce.
