Bulgogi Beef

Meal: 289 cal Protein: 23g Carbs: 12g Fat: 18g

This gorgeous dish is really a combination of little dishes on a plate. A gorgeous combination of different flavors and textures. Bulgogi Beef is frequently made with Pork Belly and a heavy marinade. We have used a leaner NY Strip Steak and have lightened up the sauce quite a bit without sacrificing flavor.
