- Brussel Sprouts
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Heat Grill Pan and spray with non-stick spray.
- Add Sprouts and cook until grill marks are darkened.
- Spin 90 degrees and continue cooking until second set of grill marks are darkened.
- Remove from pan and seas with salt & pepper.
- Heat Oil in Saute Pan over medium heat.
- Add Sprouts and cook until medium brown on flat side.
- Remove from pan and season with salt and pepper.
