Ingredients

  • 2 slices Bread , soaked in cold water

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  • 1 Tbsp EVOO
  • 2 Onion , diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic , minced

  1. Heat EVOO in saute pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and cook until soft.
  3. Add garlic and cook until fragrant and the onions started to brown.

  • 1 lb Ground Lamb (or other ground meat)
  • 2 Tbsp Madras Curry Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Lime
  • 1 Tsp Cloves
  • 1 Tsp All Spice
  • 2 Tbsp Chutney
  • 3 Tbsp Sultanas (or raisins)
  • 6 Bay Leaves

Directions

  1. Add ground meat and stir well, breaking up the large pieces.
  2. Add curry paste, spices, chutney, sultanas, and bay leaves. Finish with salt & pepper.
  3. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
