Blueberry Syrup

- 2 C Frozen Blueberries (or other berries)
- 1 Orange , zest and juice
Directions
- Place berries, juice, and zest in saucepan over medium-low.
- Cook until berries are softened.
- Serve as is, or pulse in a blender for a smoother finish.
Perfect for French Toast or Pancakes. Really good as a layer in a Breakfast Trifle – Blueberry Muffins (cut up), yoghurt w/orange zest, blueberry syrup, and toasted almonds.
