Ingredients
- Vegetables Spinach, bok choy, mushrooms, others
- Olive Oil
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Sea Salt
Directions
- Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger to the oil and saute until fragrant.
- Add vegetables individually and cook until softened.
- When cooked, remove from pan, add new oil, garlic, ginger, and next vegetable. Season with salt.
