Creamer is not officially a term recognized by the FDA. What does this mean? Food Manufacturers have open season to make it anything they want and include any chemicals and artificial ingredients. What is it not? Actual cream from cow's milk. So what we've created is a base that is lower calorie using a clean, alternative milk - Almond Milk. But this recipe works well with nearly any unsweetened alternative milk and low fat cow's milk. Add small amounts of big flavors - pure vanilla extract, demerara (aka raw) sugar, and sea salt to balance it all out. This creamer takes less than 10 minutes to make, a fraction of the cost of commercial creamers, and amazing flavors.
