- 2 Tbsp Tamari (Soy) Sauce – I used Smoked Shoyu
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp Lemongrass (OPTIONAL: I used the tube)
- 1 Tbsp Garlic
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- Pepper , no salt
