Almond Flour Biscuit

Serving size 1 Biscuit 73 cal Protein: 1 g Carbs: 0 g Fat: 7 g

Ingredients

  • 1 C Almond Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • Sea Salt
  • 2 Large Eggs , whisked
  • 3 Tbsp Coconut Oil or Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Sour Cream (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Parchment line a baking sheet
  3. Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
  4. Stir in egg, oil, and sour cream (if using).
  5. Scoop onto baking sheet and slightly flatten.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes.
