Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- ⅓ C Old Fashioned Oats
- 1-2 Tbsp Nuts and Seeds
- 1-2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1-2 Tbsp Hemp
- 1 Tbsp Raw Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tbsp Freeze Dried Fruit/Veggies (many options from Terrasoul shown in video)
- ⅔ C Unsweetened Almond Milk
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and put into a single serve container with a lid. The night before you want to eat this, add Almond Milk
- I prep 5-10 of these ahead of time and then add milk one at a time.
